Self‐Directed Learning in Creative Activity : An Ethnographic Study in Technology‐Based Work

Under conditions of rapid changes in working life, there is an urgent need to examine the nature of creativity and learning in organizations. The aim of this study was to investigate the nature of self‐directed learning (SDL) practices in creative activity in technology‐based work. We focus on both individual and collective practices but also on the importance of organizational culture. The data consist of 46 interviews and observational field notes collected from participating organizations. Tämän tutkielman tarkoituksena on edesauttaa vuorovaikutusta rikastavien, luovien ja taidelähtöisten menetelmien käyttöä lastensuojelun sijaishuollossa, jossa tehdään monipuolisia kohtaamisen tapoja edellyttävää ihmissuhdetyötä. Tutkimuksen viitekehys rakentuu sosiaalisia piirteitä korostavista taiteen kehityssuunnista. Tutkimuksessa käsitellään muun muassa dialogisen taiteen teoriaa sekä taidelähtöiseen toimintaan liittyvää esteettistä etääntymistä ja mahdollisuuksille avointa tilaa. W artykule poruszony jest wątek prowokowania dzieci do aktywności twórczej, stosowany we Wrocławskiej Szkole Przyszłości. Jest to szkoła inna od tej tradycyjnej, ponieważ ważne miejsce zajmują w niej działania pobudzające wyobraźnię i twórcze myślenie, a wątek ekologiczny stanowi kluczowy kontekst tych działań. W artykule podkreśla się, że w tej szkole edukację traktuje się jako alternatywną wobec rozwiązań tradycyjnych, dając każdemu dziecku szansę rozwoju jego możliwości. Sprzyjają temu stosowane tam metody projektowania okazji edukacyjnych, w których dziecko prowokowane jest poprzez niekonwencjonalne formy do aktywności twórczej

The open olympiads of home economics and technologies encourage pupils of grades 5-9 to be creative in applying textile techniques. They also popularize textile art.
